(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2024
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water Repairs
Name & affected length of road – Ailsa Street West.
For 25M on both sides of Ailsa Street West from 40A Ailsa Street West to 40B Ailsa Street West
For 25M on both sides of Ailsa Street West from 40 Ailsa Street West to 36 Ailsa Street West
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on 03 June 2024 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 03 June 2024 at 09:30 with the restrictions remaining in place until 03 June 2024 at 15:30.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
