(C35 BAIRNKINE LODGE – SOUTH OF JEDBURGH)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2024

The Scottish Borders Council (C35 Bairnkine Lodge – South of Jedburgh) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 6 May 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 17:00 on 9 May 2024 - 24 hour closure. The Order is required for BT works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C35 at Bairnkine Lodge, south of Jedburgh.

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the C35, C27, B6357 and A68 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
