On 7/5/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (ONE) temporarily prohibit all driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of St Andrew Street, Alyth between the B952 Airlie Street and Alexandra Street junctions for 169.15 metres or thereby; and (TWO) temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads in Alyth:- (1) Victoria Street between the B952 Airlie Street and Alexandra Street junctions for 161.26 metres or thereby; (2) Alexandra Street between the Victoria Street and St Ninian’s Road junctions for 193.18 metres or thereby; (3) St Ninian’s Road between the Alexandra Street and B952 Airlie Street junctions for 164.93 metres or thereby; and (4) B952 Airlie Street between the Mid Street and Victoria Street junctions for 136.12 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles: Victoria Street – Alexandra Street – St Ninian’s Road. This applies from 24/5/24 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Scottish Water iron work repairs. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
