Notice of Proposal to Hold a Public Procession under Section 62 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982

Route: Assemble at public car park behind Taste Pizza/Cafe at 1015 hours. Parade will commence at 1035 hours, turn right heading south onto Armadale Road, through Whitburn Cross, Manse Road, turn left into War Memorial for a service and wreath laying. Following a service at Whitburn South Church the parade will reform outside South Church at 1230 hours and return via Manse Road, Whitburn Cross, Armadale Road and conclude and disperse at 1245 hours at Taste/Pizza car park
