Route: The race is made up of alternating 5k and 10k legs both starting and finishing at St Margaret's Academy:-
5k leg - leaving school grounds, the runners go north and west via Kirkton Road underpass and footpath passing PO sorting office, and turning right across Cousland Road via curly footbridge and into Peel Park. Then west to Lockshot burn path leading into Livingston Village, crossing the Almond via the old stone bridge. Over the river and east via pedestrian route along south path on Almond, re-crossing Almond via new footbridge into the grounds of St Margaret's
10k leg - leaving school grounds, the runners go north and west via Kirkton Road passing PO sorting office, and turning right across Cousland Road via the curly footbridge and into Peel Park. That leg then follows pedestrian path north under Houston to Livingston North Station where it goes west to, pedestrian footpath through Deans South before turning south onto Lockshot burn path, running into Livingston Village bridge. Over the river and east via pedestrian route along south path on Almond, re-crossing Almond via new footbridge into grounds of St Margaret's
