The Stirling Council (20mph Speed Limit) (Blanefield / Strathblane) Order 2023 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

 

This Order proposes to introduce new 20-mph Limits on Ballewan Crescent, Blane Crescent, Cockalane View, Craigenlay Avenue, Craigfern Drive, Cuilt Place, Dunglass View, Edenkiln Place, Glasgow Road (A81), Kirkhouse Avenue, Kirkhouse Crescent, Kirkhouse Road, Kirkland Avenue, Milndavie Crescent, Milndavie Road, Netherblane, Old Mugdock Road, Southburn Road and Station Road (B821), Balnefield / Strathblane.

 

The Order also extends the existing 20mph speed limit on Dumbrock Road, Strathblane and reduces the existing 30 mph speed limit on Glasgow Road (A81) and Station Road (B821), Blanefield / Strathblane to 20mph. 

 

These 20-mph speed limits are being implemented as part of Stirling Council’s roll out of village wide 20-mph speed limits
