The Stirling Council (Dunmore Street, Balfron) (Temporary Road / Footway Closure and Suspension of Parking – Amendment – No 2) Order 2022 - Stirling Archived

This Order will close the road:-

Dunmore Street                        From its junction with Roman Road to its junction with Bankers Brae.

The Order will also close the footway:-

Dunmore Street                        On its north-west footway, from the point where it meets Roman Road in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 400 metres or thereby.

The Order will also suspend the parking:-

Dunmore Street                        On both sides of the road from its junction with Roman Road in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 400 metres or thereby from 0800 hours until 1700 hours from 9-1-23 until 10-2-23 to facilitate footway and carriageway upgrading works.   

                                               Please note that this is an amendment to the previously advertised dates of 4 – 22-1-23.

Emergency services access will be maintained.

Alternative Routes:                   Vehicles - via Roman Road, George Terrace, Hillhead Brae, A875, Dunmore Street and vice versa

                                               Pedestrians - Via Dunmore Street, Bankers Brae, Strathview Terrace, Roman Road and vice versa
