This Order will:-
Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on the footways on either side of the war memorial and around Ancaster Square South to provide a safe environment on which pedestrians and residents can walk on the footways free of parked vehicles and from vehicles travelling on the footway.
A COPY of the Order, may be requested by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk and quoting Ref No TM/6 – SRO/2022(266).
Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 18-11-22.
