The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily prohibit the use of vehicles on the length of road identified in the Schedule to this Notice during the period from 1030 hours on 30 July 2022 until 1200 hours on the same day.  The temporary restriction of vehicles is considered necessary to facilitate the holding of a Public Procession in Stirling, but will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs, or, at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform and during the periods corresponding to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

Length of Road in Stirling

 

Back O’Hill Road – from Drip Road Roundabout to the point where it meets Lower Bridge Street.

Lower Bridge Street – for its entire length.

Cowane Street – for its entire length.

Viewfield Place – for its entire length.

Barnton Street – for its entire length.

Murray Place – for its entire length.

King Street – for its entire length.

Corn Exchange Road – for its entire length.

Albert Place – from the junction of Clarendon Place to the junction of Glebe Avenue.

Dumbarton Road East – for its entire length.

Port Street – from the junction with Dumbarton Road East to the junction of King’s Park Road.

St Ninians Road – from the junction of King’s Park Road to the junction of Wellgreen.

Wellgreen – from the junction with St Ninians Road to the junction with Goosecroft Road.

Goosecroft Road – for its entire length.

Stirling Council with the consent of the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 16B (6)(b) made the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling them to do so.
