The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily prohibit the use of vehicles on the length of road identified in the Schedule to this Notice during the period from 1645 hours on 28 November 2019 until 2100 hours on the same day. The temporary restriction of vehicles is considered necessary to facilitate the holding of a Public Procession and Christmas Fair in Dunblane, but will only have effect in relation to such part of parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs, or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform and during the periods corresponding to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

Length of Road in Dunblane
High Street – from the point where it meets Beech Road/Stirling Road to the roundabout at junction of The Cross.
Alternative Route
Via Stirling Road – Perth Road – High Street.
Stirling Council with the consent of the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 16B (6)(b) made the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling them to do so.
