The Order will redetermine the following roads:
Roads over which Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage is to be Redetermined (Shared Surface).
Caltrop Place, Targe Wynd, Pike Road, Broom Road and Colquhoun Street, Stirling.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Council’s Offices, Environment and Place, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling, by quoting Ref No TM/6 – SRO/2019(18).
Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 22-3-19.
