The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily prohibit the use of vehicles on the length of road identified in the Schedule to this Notice during the period from 1100 hours on 12 May 2019 until 1330 hours on the same day. The temporary restriction of vehicles is considered necessary to facilitate the holding of a Public Procession in Balfron, but will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs, or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform and during the periods corresponding to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

Length of Road in Balfron


Roman Road – for its entire length.

Cotton Street – from the junction with Roman Road to the junction with Buchanan Street.

Buchanan Street – from the junction of Cotton Street to the junction of Dunmore Street.

Dunmore Street – for its entire length.

C23 – from the point where it meets Dunmore Street to the point where it meets Lernock Road.

Lernock Road – for its entire length.
