The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A9 Burghmuir Road (Southbound), Stirling) (40mph Temporary Speed Limit) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 27-10-17.
Legislation Information
This Order will amend the existing 40mph speed limit on:
A9 Burghmuir Road (Southbound) Between the 30mph limit situated 25 metres, or thereby, south of Linden Avenue roundabout and the 30mph limit situated 335 metres, or thereby, north of the projected centre line of Shirra’s Brae Road.
All restrictions apply from 13-11-17 until 11-5-18 to facilitate public safety during construction works.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Environment and Place, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
