The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (40mph Speed Limit) (Consolidation and Amendment No 7) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

This Order will:-
Make permanent the existing temporary 40mph speed limit on the B834 Station Road, Killearn and introduce new 40mph speed limits on the B858, Drymen and the B835, Buchlyvie all as detailed in the Schedule.
DETAILS can be examined at the Council’s Offices, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours from 15-9-17
Objectors must state their reasons in writing to Alistair Brown, Director of Localities and Infrastructure, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling, FK7 7SN quoting reference TM/6 – SRO/2017(233) by 6-10-17.
