The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Forthside Way, Stirling) (Temporary On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8-9-17.

Waiting Restricted to Disabled Persons Vehicles at any time, on Forthside Way, Stirling, for a distance of 16 metres or thereby all as detailed in the Schedule hereto for a maximum period of 18 months from 16 September 2017. The restrictions are required in the interests of public safety to improve parking access for Blue Badge Holders.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Housing and Environment Services, Endirck House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
