The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (20mph Speed Limit) (Consolidation and Amendment No 38) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

This Order will introduce new 20 mph speed limits on Arbroath Crescent, Beech Lane, Buchanan Drive, Brown Avenue, Barnwell Road, Chisholm Avenue, Chattan Avenue, Dundas Road, Dunvegan Drive, Easter Cornton Road, Fraser Place, Grant Place, Hamilton Drive, Lindsay Drive, Lothian Crescent, Munro Avenue and Montrose Road, Causewayhead and Balfour Crescent, Plean.
DETAILS can be examined at the Council’s Offices, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours from 13-9-17.
Objectors must state their reasons in writing to Alastair Brown, Infrastructure and Localities, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling, FK7 7SN quoting reference TM/6 – SRO/2017(232) by 4-10-17.
