The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Car Club Parking, Stirling) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 25-8-17.
Legislation Information
This Order will:-
Introduce car club parking on the following section of roads:
Allan Park, Baker Street, Barnton Street, Broad Street, Cowane Street, Glebe Avenue, Maxwell Place and Wallace Street, Stirling
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Council’s Offices Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling, FK7 7SN, by quoting Ref No TM/6 – SRO/2017(155).
Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 25-8-17.
