The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (B834, Station Road, Killearn) (40mph Temporary Speed Limit) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 23-6-17.
Legislation Information
This Order will temporarily amend the extent of the existing 40mph speed limit on:
B834 From a point 271 metres or thereby south-west of the projected south-west kerbline of Lampson Road in a north easterly direction for a distance of 443 metres or thereby.
The restrictions will commence on 1-7-17 and remain in force for a period of 18 months to alter speed limits in line with government guidance and Stirling Council policy to encourage better compliance with speed limits.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Environment and Place, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
