The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A809, Croftamie) (40mph Temporary Speed Limit) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26-5-17.
Legislation Information
This Order will temporarily reduce the extent of the existing 40mph speed limit on:
A809 From a point 198 metres or thereby south-east of the projected south-east kerbline of the C118, Finnary Road to a point 781 metres or thereby south-east of the aforementioned junction.
The restrictions will commence on 13-6-17 and remain in force for a period of 18 months to ensure public safety during the narrowing of the bridge.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Environment and Place, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
