Stirling Council make the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 2(1), 2(2), 4(1) and 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling them to do so.

The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily prohibit the use of vehicles on the length of road identified in the Schedule to this Notice during the period from 0730 hours on 8 July 2017 until 0815 hours on the same day. The temporary restriction of vehicles is considered necessary to facilitate the holding of a Public Procession in Fallin, but will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs and during the periods corresponding to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

Length of Road in Stirling
Bandeath Road – for its entire length.
Baxter Street – for its entire length.
Sinclair Drive – for its entire length.
Oak Drive – for its entire length.
Balure Crescent – for its entire length.
Polmaise Crescent – for its entire length.
Stirling Road – from the junction of Polmaise Crescent to the junction with Bandeath Road
Stirling Road Service Road South – for its entire length.
Bannock Road – from the point where it meets Stirling Road Service Road South to the junction with Hilton Terrace.
King Street – for its entire length.
Moss Road – from the junction of Queen Street to the point where it meets Stirling Road Service Road South.
