The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A81 Between Ballat Crossroads and Balfron Station, Balfron Station) (Temporary Height and Width restriction) Order 2016 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 25-11-16.
Legislation Information
This Order will reduce the height and width restrictions on the following bridge and road:-
Bridge over which a Reduced Height Restriction will Apply
Bridge on section of A81 between Ballat Crossroads and Balfron Station.
Section of Road over which a Width Restriction will Apply
A81, Ballat Crossroads-Balfron Station – from a point 50 metres or thereby north-east of the bridge to a point 50 metres or thereby south-west of the bridge.
The restrictions will apply from 16-12-16 until 30-04-17 to facilitate bridge and water mains repairs.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Environment and Place, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
