The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Regulation of Use) (Temporary Amendment No 1) Order 2016 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 22-7-16.
Legislation Information
The ORDER will designate the parking areas at the buildings known as The Peak and Forthbank Stadium as off-street parking places and will come into operation on 15 August 2016 and will remain in force for a period of 18 months. The restrictions are required to prevent indiscriminate parking within the car park which is causing access difficulties.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Environment and Place, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
