The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Middlemuir Road, Stirling) (Temporary Restriction on Waiting) Order 2016 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 15-7-16.
Legislation Information
The ORDER will restrict parking between the hours of 0800 hours until 1800 hours, Monday – Friday (inclusive) on sections of Middlemuir Road for a period of 18 months from 25-7-16. The restrictions are required to prevent indiscriminate parking which causes congestion and prevents access for emergency vehicles.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Environment and Place, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
