The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Cowane Street, Stirling) (Temporary Restriction on Waiting) Order 2015 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13-11-15.

This Order will introduce a temporary restriction on waiting on Cowane Street, Stirling for a maximum period of 18 months from 1-12-15. The restrictions are required to prevent indiscriminate parking which causes congestion, prevents access for emergency vehicles and is required in the interests of public safety.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Housing and Environment Services, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
