The STIRLING COUNCIL propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) and (2), 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will introduce new waiting restrictions on Springfield Road, Stirling all as detailed in the Schedule hereto.  The restrictions are required in the interests of road safety as indiscriminate parking is causing hazards and also preventing access for emergency vehicles.

Roads in Stirling No Waiting at Any Time
 
Springfield Road * On the south west side thereby from the projected south west kerbline of Broom Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 28 metres or thereby.

Springfield Road * On the north west side thereby from the projected south west kerbline of Broom Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 28 metres or thereby.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order, which, together with a copy of the relative plans and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for promoting the Order, may be examined free of charge at the Stirling Council’s Offices, Roads, Transport and Open Space, Viewforth, Stirling (Room 315) during normal hours for three weeks from Wednesday 1 June 2011. Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection, in writing, to the undersigned by Wednesday 22 June 2011 quoting reference number TM/6 - SRO/2011(36).
