The STIRLING COUNCIL propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) and (2), 4(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will make introduce new waiting restrictions on Greenyards Farm Road, Bannockburn all as detailed in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Road in Bannockburn Section of Road over which ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ Restriction will Apply
Greenyards Farm Road On the north side thereof from a point 17 metres south of the projected south kerbline of the B9124, Cowie Road in a westerly then southerly direction for a total distance of 192 metres or thereby.
Greenyards Farm Road On the south side thereof from a point 53 metres or thereby west of the most easterly section of Greenyards Farm Road in a westerly then southerly direction for a total of 216 metres or thereby.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order, which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for promoting the Order, may be examined, free of charge, at the Stirling Council’s Offices, Roads, Transport and Open Space Services, Viewforth, Stirling (Room 315) during normal office hours for three weeks from 1 June 2011.
ANY PERSON wishing to object to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection, in writing, to the undersigned by 22 June 2011 quoting reference number TM/6-SRO/2011(38).
