Type Of Event: A gin and karaoke night will be run, subject to licensing, in Unit 5 of the Stirling Arcade.
The event will be run by Jack Breslin, the licensee and experienced event organiser. A bar will be run by Grape and Grain Promotions limited which will provide alcoholic drinks as well as a wide range of affordable soft drinks.
A capacity of 120 attendees has been set as per floor space allowed and fire exit capacity guidance although attendance is likely to be substantially less.
There will be an area dedicated to the dance floor and a small stage for perfomers.
All staff will be trained according to the Licensing Act 2005, basic training or be personal licence holders. Afull risk assessment will be conducted and SIA trained door staff will be on duty to ensure safety of all attendees and staff.
Time for Sale of Alcohol: 6.30pm on Saturday 12 October until 1.00am on Sunday 13 October 2019

Any person is eligible to object or make representation. Anyone wishing to object or make representation must not later than the date specified next to the application, lodge with the clerk of the Licensing Board a written note of objection or representation. It is the responsibility of the person making the objection or representation to ensure that the Board has received it and it may be helpful to lodge it in one of the following ways:

- Posted (by registered or recorded or special delivery post) so that in the normal course of post it might be expected to be delivered within that time): or
