Type Of Event: On-sale of prosecco, beer and gin from The Little Prosecco Bar within the Christmas market in the Thistles Centre, Stirling. This is meant as a relaxing stop for shopers to sit and enjoy a glass of Christmas flavoured infused Prosecco before continuing their shopping. Alcohol will be sold for consumption within pitch 8 of the Shopping Centyre, there will be 3 tables and 10 chairs customers can use whilst consuming alcohol. No alcohol will be allowed outwith this area. The area will be fenced with Think 25 signage. No children will be allowed in this area. Off-sale Prosecco guft sets will be available to purchase There will be a strict Challenge 25 policy in place for the sale of any alcohol. There will be a maximum of 2 staff onsite, one personal licence holder as minimum.
