Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Description of Proposed Variation: Amending terminal hour from 5.30pm to 10pm daily for both on and off sales.
Amending the wording in the seasonal variation box so that "The premises would like to take advantage of any extension that the Board may grant from time to time" replaces the current wording.
To introduce Receptions and Club or other group meetings etc both within and outwith core hours.
To add Live performance within and outwith core hours.
To add the statement " The retail sale (during and outwith licensed hours) of a wide range of clothing, woollen goods, home wares, gifts and tourist items. The premises will also host events such as club meetings, parties, fashion shows, charity fundraisers and tasting. Santa's grotto will be available throughout the months of November and December".
Further detailed information in regard to these applications (including the operating plan) is available for inspection at the Licensing Office, Room 229, Viewforth, Stirling, FK8 2ET between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Any person is eligible to object or make representation. Anyone wishing to object or make representation must not later than the date specified next to the application, lodge with the clerk of the Licensing Board a written note of objection or representation. It is the responsibility of the person making the objection or representation to ensure that the Board has received it and it may be helpful to lodge it in one of the following ways:
- Delivered by hand with the time specified: or
- Posted (by registered or recorded or special delivery post) so that in the normal course of post it might be expected to be delivered within that time): or
- Faxed within that time and an acknowledgement of the fax is kept (fax number 01786 432203): or
- Emailed within that time and an acknowledgement of the email is kept (email: licensing@stirling.gov.uk).
