On 05/09/2023 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on Fernslea Avenue, Blantyre. The Order will be in operation from 16 October 2023 until 29 October 2023.
No person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on Fernslea Avenue, Blantyre by reason of road safety, excluding site traffic. The works will be carried out to ensure access for emergency services and local residents is maintained at all times.
Diversion route to be Orchard Drive, Ansdell Avenue, Merrylees Road, and Stonefield Road.
