On 14/07/22 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on Vicars Road, Stonehouse between Townhead Street and house number 1. The Order will be in operation from 10/10/22 to 18/11/22.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
This will overlap with the closure on Townhead Street to allow connections and implemented dates will be dependent on work progress.
Alternative route is via Manse Rd, Strathaven Rd, Queen St, Wellbrae and Hill St.
