On 06/09/2021 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will make it unlawful for any person to park and motor vehicle at any time on the sections of road specified in Schedule 1. The Order will be in operation from 0001 hours on 02/10/2021 until 1800 hours on 02/10/2021.
Schedule 1 – Temporary Waiting and Loading Restrictions
Appledore Crescent, Bothwell - from its junction with Fallside Road to its termination.
Knockburnie Road, Bothwell – from its junction with Ailsa Drive to its termination.
Ailsa Drive, Bothwell – from its junction with Knockburnie Drive to its termination.
The restriction applies to both sides of the carriageway.
