On 21/04/2021 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will make it unlawful for any person to park and motor vehicle at any time on the sections of road specified in Schedule 1. The Order will be in operation from 0700 hours on 02/06/2021 until 1800 hours on 02/06/2021.
Schedule 1 – Temporary Waiting and Loading Restrictions
Main Street, Blantyre – Parallel parking bays between 266 Main Street and 284 Main Street. Restriction applies for distance of 40m (or thereby) on the north side of the carriageway.
The restriction applies to the parking bays only and will be denoted on site by signs and cones.
