On 17 February 2021, South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven, any motor vehicle on B756, Bellshill Road, Uddingston between Main Street and Old Glasgow Road.
The Order will come into operation at 0930 hours on Monday 15 March 2021 and will remain in operation until 1800 hours on Friday 19 March 2021. (Note: Work is only expected to take 2 days within this period and is weather dependant.)
Alternative route is via Main Street and Old Glasgow Road.
It should be noted that these are provisional arrangements. The dates may be subject to change depending on government guidelines.
