On 12 October 2020 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person, except upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform, to cause or permit any vehicle to right hand turn on that length of Cornwall Street, East Kilbride from the Centre West service delivery access road to Cornwall Street, East Kilbride. This Order has been made because of the likelihood of danger to the public, i.e. for reasons of road safety.
The Order will come into operation at 0001 hours on 23 November 2020 and will remain in operation until 2400 hours on 25 April 2022.
