South Lanarkshire Council Strathaven Road, The Crescent , Nethanvale Terrace, Lesmahagow Temporary Road Restriction Order 2020 No Waiting and No Loading Restriction - South Lanarkshire Archived

South Lanarkshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other enabling powers, has made the following Order:- 

This Order may be cited as “South Lanarkshire Council, Strathaven Road, The Crescent, Nethanvale Terrace, Lesmahagow, No waiting and No Loading Restriction Order 2020” and shall come into operation at 0900 hours on Monday 5 October 2020 and will remain in operation until 27 November 2020. The restrictions will be applied on site by the display of traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.   

Whilst this Order remains in force no person shall park any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged with these investigation works and emergency vehicles) on the sections of roads specified in Schedule 1 by reason of ensuring the road is kept clear to facilitate traffic management proposals during Scottish Water sewer investigation works. 

Schedule 1 - Temporary Waiting and Loading Restriction  

Strathaven Road both sides from 55/57 to 76 Strathaven Road, north west for a distance 174m or thereby. 

The Crescent both sides from junction Strathaven Road, north for a distance 50m or thereby. 

Nethanvale Terrace both sides from Junction Strathaven Road, east for a distance of 84m or thereby.
