South Lanarkshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other enabling powers, has made the following Order:-
This Order may be cited as “South Lanarkshire Council, Barbana Road, Temporary Loading and Waiting Restriction Order No 1, 2019” and shall come into operation at 0001hours on 22 April 2019 and will remain in operation to 2359 hours on 20 December 2019. The restrictions will be applied on site by the display of traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. this order remains in force, there will be no waiting and no loading (at any time), on the road specified in Schedules 1 by reason of safe access to site entrance.
Schedule 1 – Temporary Parking Restriction
Barbana Road (both sides) from a point 245m northeast of its junction with Braehead Road generally northeastwards for a distance of 57m.
