On Monday 14 August 2017 South Lanarkshire Council will make the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic Temporary Restrictions Act 1991 and The Road Traffic Temporary Restrictions Procedure Amendment (Scotland) Regulation 2005, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle withthe exception of vehicles engaged onCarriageway Resurfacing Works,during the stated period of time. Vehicular access will be maintained to premises along A70 Lang Whang, South Tarbrax.
The order will come into operation at 0700 hours on Monday 14 August 2017 and will remain in operation for up to 12 days.
Closure – A70 at A721 Carnwath to B7008 Harburn Road.
Alternative Route: - Alternative Route will be via A721, A706, A704, A71 and B7008 and vice versa.
