Notice is hereby given that South Lanarkshire Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and the Road Humps (Scotland) Regulations Act 1998 (“the Regulations”) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Constable of Police Scotland, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and the Scottish Ambulance Service in accordance with Section 3 of the Regulations hereby give notice of their intention to install road humps as detailed below:-
