Traffic Management Order 2006
Amendment Order 2010
On 10 January 2011, South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order, under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, thereby amending in part, the current restriction on Muir Street, in the vicinity of Percy Street, and Montgomery Street, in the vicinity of the Community Centre, Larkhall.
The Order which comes into operation on 28 February 2011, was advertised in the Hamilton Advertiser on 11 November 2010. The effect of the Order is as previously stated.
A copy of the Order and a map relative thereto are available for inspection during normal office hours Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of:-

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, by 21 February 2011, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
