South Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order thereby introducing new regulated parking bays for the sole use of ‘blue’ badge holders on Ballantrae Road, Burnbrae Road, Coldstream Street and Glenfruin Road, all Blantyre; Croft Road, Gateside Avenue, Helenslea, School Avenue and Woodland Crescent, all Cambuslang; Skye Road, Cathkin; Hawthorn Terrace, Larch Place, Maple Terrace, Sycamore Court, The Murray Road, Tobago Place, Todhills North, Troon Avenue and Wardlaw Crescent, all East Kilbride; Arbroath Grove, Beechwood Avenue, Marswood Green and Spey Gardens, all Hamilton; Meadow Avenue, High Blantyre; Beech Terrace, Burnbrae Street, Glenfruin Drive, McNeil Street, Montgomery Street, Percy Street and Shaw Street, all Larkhall; Barnflat Street, Cathcart Road, Ellisland Crescent, Ewing Street, Fernhill Road, Lochlea Road, Richmond Place, Tobermory Road and Westburn Crescent, all Rutherglen; Crow Road, Kirk Street, Lanrigg View and Lockhart Street, all Stonehouse; Ferry Road and Greenrig, both Uddingston.

Full details of these proposals, which form the proposed South Lanarkshire Council (Disabled Persons’ Parking Places) (No. 2) Order 2020, together with a plan and statement of reasons for proposing to make this Traffic Regulation Order, are available for inspection on the council’s website.
