An application for hazardous substances consent/hazardous substances consent without a condition which was attached to a relevant consent/continuation of hazardous substances consent where there has been a change in the person in control of part of the land*, together with plans and other documents has been submitted by

Possible decisions relating to the planning application are:–

(i) approval of application without conditions;

(ii) approval of application with conditions;

(iii) refuse permission.
