If your personal licence was issued on or before 30 September 2009 you must apply to renew your personal licence by 31 May 2019. This is an absolute deadline. If you miss this date the Licensing Board will not be able to accept your application for renewal.
You will require the following:-
- Lodge the original training certificate or refresher training certificate with your application. Your application cannot be accepted without it.
- Lodge 2 passport sized photographs with the application form and fee of £50.
- Lodge your current original personal licence.
