Detailed information regarding an application (including the operating plan, if applicable) is available for inspection at the appropriate Licensing and Registration Office during the following days and times: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - 8.45am and 4.30pm Wednesday - 11am to 4.30pm Friday - 8.45am to 4.00pm The appropriate local office is identified with the following reference number: CLY – Clydesdale Area - Licensing and Registration, South Vennel, Lanark ML11 7JT EK – East Kilbride Area - Licensing and Registration, Civic Centre, Andrew Street, East Kilbride G74 1AB HAM – Hamilton Area - Licensing and Registration, Town House, 102 Cadzow Street, Hamilton ML3 6HH RC – Rutherglen and Cambuslang Area - Licensing and Registration, 139 Main Street, Rutherglen G73 2JJ If you wish to object or make representations you must do so in writing by the date stated next to the application. The objection or representation should be sent to the Clerk to the Licensing Board at your local office as previously stated. It is the responsibility of the person making the objection or representation to ensure that the Board has received the objection or representation by the date stated and it may be helpful to lodge it in one of the following ways;

• Delivery by hand
• Post (by registered post or recorded delivery or special delivery post) so that in the normal course of post it might be expected to be delivered by the date stated or
• Faxed and an acknowledgement of the fax kept
• Emailed and an acknowledgment of the email kept (licensing@southlanarkshire.gov.uk).
