South Lanarkshire Council Douglas Street, Hamilton Temporary Road Closure Order 2019 - South Lanarkshire Archived

On 02/08/19 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will make it unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle on the sections of road specified in Schedule 1, with the exception of vehicles in connection with British Telecom works. The Order will be in operations from 0800 hours on 15/09/19 to 1800 hours on 15/09/19.

Schedule 1 – Temporary No Waiting and No Loading Restrictions -Douglas Street, Hamilton - from the gable of flat 1/17 Douglas Street, Hamilton to the access to NHS Community Clinic (19m or thereby).
