South Lanarkshire Council, C10 Kirkfieldbank to Sandilands, Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2019 - South Lanarkshire Archived

South Lanarkshire Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and by all other enabling powers, hereby make the following order:-

This Order may be cited as “South Lanarkshire Council, C10 Kirkfieldbank to Sandilands, Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2019” shall come into operation at 0800 hours on Tuesday 19 March 2019 and will remain in operation until Sunday 24 March 2019.

No person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 40mph on the sections of road specified in Schedule 1 by reasons of road safety.

Schedule 1 – Temporary Speed Restriction – 40 mph - through the works areas on C10 Kirkfieldbank to Sandilands between 100 metres north of Corehouse Drive,Corehouse south to Eastertown Road junction.
