(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 7th March 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow parking restrictions to be inplemented in the interest of public safety.
No Waiting At Any Time - Kirklandhill Path
For 195m North bound on Kirklandhill Path from junction Cargill Road both sides of the road.
The Order commences on 20 March 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The Restrictions are expected to commence from 20 March 2024 at 09:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 19 September 2025 at 16:00. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
