(Charging, Controlling & Decriminalised Enforcement) Order 2023
NOTICE OF MAKING
Notice is hereby given that on 05 December 2023 the Council made the above named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers.
The Order came into operation on 05 December 2023 has the effect of introducing permanent dedicated motor caravan parking places with the Esplanade Car Park Ayr and the Knockcushan Street Car Park Girvan.
A copy of the Order and plans showing the extents of the restrictions are available for inspection online or can be emailed to interested parties on request by contacting us at the address below or by emailing enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
