Emergency Notice 2023
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, that the following Traffic Management restrictions be introduced with immediate effect for emergency Scottish Water Repairs
Road Closure – Hilary Crescent, Inverkar Road Closed for 75 meters from entrance to Inverkar Road from Chalmers Road to 54 Hilary Crescent on left side of the road only. .
Period of restriction – The Notice is valid for a period of up to 21 days from the date below unless a further notice is issued under Section 15(8)(b)(ii) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The restrictions will only be in force at times when the appropriate signs are displayed. Access to properties and premises will be maintained via diversion route.
Emergency services and pedestrian access will not be affected.
Alternative route – will be signed via Chalmers Road > Belmont Avenue > Castlehill Road > Inverkar Road - End.
