(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2023
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow BT Works
Name & affected length of road – Hole Road, High Park Road, Coylton
Hole Road from junction of Garvine Road for 70 m to junction of Lochfergus drive.
Hole Road From junction of High Park Road heading Northbound for approx. 15m
Hole Road from junction of High Park Road heading Southbound for approx.30m
High Park road from junction of Hole road for 45 m to Dalrymple view junction both sides of road
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on 06 December 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 06 December 2023 at 09:30 with the restrictions remaining in place until 06 December 2023 at 15:30.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
